Tesla mogul and owner of X (formerly Twitter) Elon Musk has announced that he is giving away $1 million a day to a someone who signs a petition supporting free speech and the right to bear arms.
Musk made the announcement at an event in the swing state of Pennsylvania last night. The audience cheered with approval.
The billionaire has become a Donald Trump supporter in campaign 2024, and has reportedly already given more than $75 million to that cause. Musk is not on record previously for giving major political support to national candidates.
In some respects, Musk is the Big Tech equivalent of Trump and politics. Musk is not beholden to the same big money and government interests as are the other Big Tech giants. As such, he has not been embraced by the establishment.
Since buying Twitter, Musk has become a vocal opponent of censorship and government overreach. He released a body of documents referred to as the Twitter Files, which revealed White House and intelligence agency collusion with Twitter (prior to Musk’s purchase) in order to censor certain views and facts regarding Covid, Covid vaccines, and election matters.
Musk has also revealed that his son has become a transgender person and is living life as if he were a woman. Musk has said that he was ‘tricked’ into consenting to that without being given full information on ramifications and side effects.
Trump’s opponents are criticizing Musk’s million dollar offer calling it “bribery.” Musk’s supporters point to what they say is actual “bribery” in the form of a litany of Biden and Harris administration policies and promises, such as forgiveness of college debt (that the Supreme Court has said is unconstitutional) and offers to enrich black men with various enticements to get their vote, using taxpayer funds.

ANYBODY who thinks bribing people with lottery tickets — which is what Musk is doing — benefits free and fair elections.

As a long-time Trump supporter, after daring to criticize Elon Musk and this vote-purchasing scheme at Fox “Business,” they’ve deleted my entire Fox comment history which now claims I’ve posted “18.7K” comments while simultaneously claiming “You haven’t posted a comment yet.”
The FACT is that I had over 210,000 upvotes for around 11K comments at Fox “News” prior to the FAKE “debate” between Trump and FAKE “moderator” Chris Wallace in 2020, and then Fox went anti-Trump and deleted my entire comment history, so I began occasionally commenting at Fox Business, where I accumulated a few thousand upvotes for around the same number of comments — all posted under my real name.
Now Fox is pretending to have gone back to supporting Trump — or actually pretending that it never went anti-Trump.
Fox is the biggest FRAUD on the internet, and it particularly targets Trump supporters, although it loves the Trump supporters that sound stupid. Elon Musk is a cancer on the free world.
I like that Musk is putting his money out there to save the nation but he could have offered $1,000 to to 1000 people daily and gotten a better bang for his buck. Even $10K to 100 people would have done the trick.
Totally in agreement with the 1st and 2nd Amendments
The First and Second Amendments are the LAW OF THE LAND and don’t need a billionaire paying off people to support them. What we need is another Amendment that prohibits billionaires from using their money to exert undue influence on elections, regardless of whether their name is Soros, Gates, Zuckerberg, or Musk.
Gomer Muskard — a fraud who has NEVER voted for a republican — is trying to turn the republican party into something equally corrupt as the democrat party. People that support this nonsense are either stupid or misguided. Musktard’s X site also bans people — including Trump supporters — for no legitimate reason, although Musktard might not even be aware of it, since he has democrats in charge while he’s out goofing around with his assorted nonsense.

Our human rights are being violated for money. It is diabolical.
If I had more I would help more single mothers with children that is what I would do . I have been doing this for 11 years in Costa Rica. My goal is to help end the poverty cycle . Many women here have children starting as early as 16. Without the support of a father the children have very little opportunity to succeed.
